Antonio Riquelme
With more than 20 years of experience in management positions at I.T. and technological companies, Antonio Riquelme is founder and President of the Board of NISU Automotive. Antonio is also Managing Director of NISU Automotive taking care of day to day matters.
In 1985 he started his entrepreneurial stage at the age of 22 while attending his industrial engineering studies, creating with 2 friends, a laser equipment manufacturing company for medical applications.

Alvaro Sancho
Alvaro is also Professor and Director of the Entrepreneurship Management Department and Managing Director of the MBA programmes at IE Business School, a top 10 world’s Business School, ranked by Financial Times.
Alvaro manages a team of 150 people being responsible of supervising the implementation of the action plans of the institution, regarding MBA programmes and entrepreneurship activities.
Before IE Business School, Alvaro worked in Cemex, third world leader in cement sector, as a strategic analyst in charge of the international expansion of the company. His biggest project was the acquisition of an Egyptian plant with an investment of 200 million €.
Alvaro has an International MBA Degree from Instituto de Empresa of Madrid, Bachelor in Economy and is Phd candidate for Complutense University of Madrid.

Paul Nicholson
Paul Nicholson is native from New Zealand, and has lived in Australia, USA, UK and the last 8 years in Spain. Besides his position in NISU Automotive, he is a Director of Xspandus España which is focused on the distribution of sporting brands, the principal brand being Canterbury of New Zealand. In addition, he is a Director of an online travel agency group.
Prior to his entrepreneurial activities, Paul worked for Morgan Stanley in London and Madrid and HarperCollins Publishers in Auckland.
Paul has an International MBA from the Instituto de Empresa in Spain, is a chartered accountant from the New Zealand Institute and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Auckland.
Paul is married with two children and resides in Madrid. Outside interests include rugby, golf, private pilot and skiing.

Mr Oliverira is founder and director of software development at NISU Automotive.
Mr. Oliveira has a large experience in software development and hardware / software integration. He is the developer of " RoadRunner" , the world's leading front end software for in-car computing using x-86 machines arquitecture.
Mr Oliveira is graduated in computer science by the Western Kentucky University, USA receiving a suma cum laude for his Bachelor in Computer Science & System/Scientific

The Directors Committee of NISU Automotive is the governing responsible organ of planning the strategies and NISU's policies, doing a follow-up of the same ones, and advising in specific matters to the executive management team of the company.
